You get a full refund if
- An official authority rejects your photo. The photo must have been made with a supported preset: US passport 2 × 2 in, or Schengen visa 35 × 45 mm. Ask within 90 days of buying, and send your order number and the rejection notice.
- Your file wasn't delivered, or it is broken.
What isn't covered
- Photos changed with the background or suit options for an official document. The passport photo page warns that official rules often don't allow edited photos.
- Photos you downloaded after the automatic check said something needed a look.
- A change of mind after you downloaded the file, except where consumer law gives you more rights.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your order number. For a rejected photo, attach the rejection notice. Paddle.com, our reseller and the Merchant of Record, processes refunds to the original payment method.
